Excellence in the board room is a hallmark of successful organizations.

In the 2007 Governance Index, CEOs and board members rate “non-profit board performance as mediocre”, the report identified three core areas of board performance that need the most improvement:

  • Fundraising,
  • Board recruitment and effective participation; and
  • Strategic planning.

To address this, Tre has developed a twelve part workshop Board of Directors – Developing the Developers.
