Developing Stronger Organizations
Our mission is to support the development of organizations who are dedicated to positive (social) change.
Working together…
Tre is an organization that was built on, and has grown with the notion that great people and organizations need a strong foundation to succeed, organizations can only grow as much as their roots will allow. Collaboration is key to success and Tre welcomes the opportunity to discuss partnerships, business models, and methodologies.

Mindy has been working in nonprofit and social service organizations since 1997.

Over the course of her career Mindy enjoyed challenging experiences in progressively more complex management positions, where her approach to strategy and finance has allowed her to excel in even the most difficult situations.
Mindy has always applied her ambition for growth by effectively participating in every aspect of organizational development, her ongoing success has provided the model for many of the Tre services.
Professional Highlights: Mindy has developed social service programs at the state, national, and international level; one of which involved the development of a grassroots health nonprofit into a standard setting multi-million dollar budget organization. A number of local government officials, medical professionals, and business owners consider Mindy to be one of the most effective members of the social service and nonprofit effort in Missouri. We are also fortunate that Mindy is an accomplished grant writer, raising over a million dollars in the last few years her style has turned the fortunes of many organizations.
Carol Buckels, Associate
Carol has an interest in helping nonprofit organizations and there sustainability – this led her to create her own professional grant writing company, Carol G. Buckels Grant Writing, LLC, in 2003, which over the past 9 years has researched, developed and submitted successful grant proposals for a variety of nonprofit organizations and for organic farmers. Carol brings more than 20 years of experience in securing grant funding to the team.

During the 22 years that I have been writing grants, I have helped win millions of dollars in grant awards for nonprofit organizations ranging from arts organizations to substance use treatment centers. I have written numerous, successful federal, state and local grant proposals to government agencies and private foundations. Because I have run my own business for many years, I understand the need to provide excellent customer service to meet customers’ needs. I bring strong customer service skills, flexibility, plus a focus on quality to Tre, LLC. By joining forces, Tre, LLC and Carol G. Buckels Grant Writing can now provide a greater range of services and help provide funding to even more deserving organizations.
