Board of Directors – Developing the Developers
At the top of nonprofit organizational charts are a group of individuals, the Board of Directors. A group charged with many responsibilities, including leadership and visioning for their organization.
As part of our training Tre offers a customizable twelve part modular training for boards aimed at, among other things – encouraging organizational awareness, adding value, defining roles and equipping Directors with the know-how to function as an effective member of a team.
