Board Training – Developing the Developers

Being on a board comes with expectations, being a part of that organization and its development during your term. Our twelve part training covers the core responsibilities of being on a board, adding value to an organization, and making you a more effective member of the governance body.

101: Nonprofit

Non-profit leadership isn’t always an intended career path and many in non-profit leadership are more in tune with carrying out the organization’s mission, reaching out to people in need, and building relationships in the community than organizational development, assessment and planning.

Our training modules are intended to enhance the technical skills of non-profit staff in order to help them become more effective.

This class will feature a guest speaker: TBC.

Business Planning & Working with Investors

Business Planning is very important, believe it or not – its probably the most importantly piece of marketing material that you’ll ever come to construct.

Investors want to invest, and on average, even regional investors recieve over fifty business plans, or proposals a month!

This class will feature a guest speaker: TBC.

101: Small Business

As a small business owner or new entrepreneur you are an expert in the product or service that you are bringing into the market.

…but you probably need a little help creating business processes, and the management mechanisms that will help you reach your goals.

This course is offered in a one-on-one format, so spaces are limited.
